MIDLAND'S CHILDREN'S HOME (ROSEDALE)

Established in the 1960’s the Midlands Children’s Home currently provides a secure environment for 60 children, the youngest being 8 months old and up to 18 years. The home only has 8 staff members but cannot employ more workers due to financial restriction.
ALERT through our ACT division, with our partner Antelope Park provide both manpower and material support to the Midland’s Children’s Home. Personnel are provided to assist staff in giving children the emotional support that they so much need as well as supporting the day to day operation of the Home through catering, housekeeping and maintenance. A water tank was recently provided to the Home to improve sanitation.
