Where is your pride?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom...
...We need a change
Do it today
I can feel my spirit rising
We need a change
So do it today
'Cause I can see a clear horizon
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
Heather Small, Proud
Our programs rely on the support of individuals and organizations in order to achieve our goals. At any given time we have a range of ongoing programs that need to be maintained, as well as new projects that we are looking to implement.
To those who have helped us in the past we give our grateful thanks. To those who wish to begin supporting our programs the list of options in the menu bar to the left will provide you with a number of means for you to do so. We are constantly looking for new and exciting ways for you to show your commitment to conservation so check back here regularly.
As a supporter you can either offer funds for the general use of the program, or if you prefer you can advise us that you wish to support our work in a particular country or region, or a specific type of work such as the ACT Community Development Programs, or even a specific project. This is called restricted funding and we are legally obliged to use your funds for the programs that you wish us to use them for.
ALERT operates an ethical fundraising policy. This policy was created to foster respectful and productive fundraising with our communities. ALERT is committed to the highest ethical standards in the way it solicits funds, keeps a record of donations and engages with donors or potential donors. Click on the link for details.
So read through the options that are currently available to support our work and if you have any questions on what you find here please do not hesitate to contact us.
With kind regards
